Bought 2 items from seller. We agreed that he could combine shipping. I received the items but have NOT received the combined shipping discount of $11!! We agreed prior to the purchase that he would combine shipping and refund me the $11… This type seller is what gives eBay a bad name in my mind. When an agreement is agreed upon..it should be honored! The seller claimed that he has refunded me but after 1 1/2 weeks I would get a notification of refund through eBay…NONE! Seller now not responding

Bought 2 items from seller. Had agreed on that seller would combine shipping. Items were shipped combined saving seller $11. I have not received my combined shipping refund yet! Now the seller has stopped communicating with me. Not the kind of seller that I would deal with! Did NOT do what we agreed on. I’m just out $11! DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!
